Midtown in Motion
Join Midtown Houston in Bagby Park for our new fitness programming series Midtown in Motion. Designed to provide a way for the community to maintain health and wellness,Midtown in Motion occurs on the 2nd & 4th Saturday of the month at 9:30AM & 10:30AM. The event is FREE and open to individuals of all fitness levels.
HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING (HIIT) 9:30AM – 10:15AM
Be prepared to co-create an experience that burns calories and builds character! Combine cardiovascular training, strength training, functional flexibility and music for a solid 45 minute practice.
Equipment Needed: Attendees are strongly encouraged to bring a mat and water; resistance bands are optional.
YOGA FLOW 10:30am – 11:15am
Movement, music and mindfulness sums up this community driven, Baptiste-inspired, powerful yoga flow. Show up, rock your flow, and engage all your muscles for increased mobility and strength.
Equipment Needed: Attendees are strongly encouraged to bring a mat and water; yoga straps & blocks are optional.
