ROCO Unchambered: Personalities

The Unchambered series draws to a close with a double-reed program curated by ROCO’s founder, artistic director, and principal oboist, Alecia Lawyer. Dedicated to the memory and colorful personality of Fannie Tapper, the program will feature works by Morris, Eryilmaz, Zelenka, Farrell, and a commission from Karim Al-Zand as part of ROCO’s FIFteen Project. The Project, curated by Houston-based composer, Mark Buller, is a commissioned set of fifteen Fanfares, Interludes, and Finales, written by an incredibly diverse set of composers and sprinkled throughout ROCO’s 15th Season.
