Take Off With Uptown In A New Season of Dance is Uptown Dance Company’s annual fall performance held at MATCH. New works to be premiered are choreographed by Artistic Director Beth Gulledge-Brown, UDC alum Frances Powless, and former Houston Ballet principal Krissy Richmond. Ms. Gulledge-Brown’s piece is edgy and contemporary, Ms. Powless’ a contemporary ballet, and Ms. Richmond’s work is a jazzy ballet set to a rock and roll score!
