Get Fit in Midtown
Get out and get moving in Bagby Park! Featured instructor Roz Jones will conduct a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class at 9:30am for all fitness levels, weather permitting. Roz Jones, Fit Lifestyle Innovator, is a dynamic and influential force of energy and enthusiasm. As a seasoned fitness professional, Roz’s classes build strength, flexibility, and endurance.
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) 9:30am – 10:15am
Be prepared to burn calories and build character by combining cardiovascular training, strength training, functional flexibility, and music for a solid 45-minute practice.
Equipment Needed: Attendees are strongly encouraged to bring a mat and water; resistance bands are optional.
