9th Annual Indian Film Festival of Houston

The 9th Annual Indian Film Festival of Houston will be held on October 6th and 7th.

The Indian Film Festival of Houston (IFFH) Inc. is devoted to film and television education and to creating a greater appreciation of Indian cinema and culture by showcasing quality films that honor entertainment industry performers and film makers while promoting the diverse perspectives of the Indian Diaspora through this annual event.

Voted “Best Film Festival of Houston” by Houston Press, the Indian Film Festival of Houston, Inc. has partnered with Asia Society Texas Center (ASTC) to bring you this year’s lineup.

Indian Film Festival Houston 2017 will kick off on October 6th with a cocktail reception, entertainment, and film screenings.

The festival will showcase documentaries, shorts, and feature films, along with Q&A sessions with the directors and actors in Asia Society Texas Center’s state-of-the-art Brown Foundation Performing Arts Theater.

The closing night program will include screenings and Q&A sessions, award distribution, and a cultural entertainment program.
